Grab your peanuts, baseball cap and a tropical drink and join the Akron Press Club on Thursday, June 18 to watch the Akron RubberDucks from the ballpark’s Tiki Terrace!
This special event includes a behind-the-scenes tour of 7 17 Credit Union Park, an exciting match-up between the Akron RubberDucks and the Altoona Curve and a chance to win a free suite for a future game!
Tickets are $45 and include the stadium tour, all-you-can-eat buffet and reserved seats near the Tiki Bar, located by the right field side of 7 17 Credit Union Park (formerly Canal Park.)
Attendees can enter a raffle drawing during the game to win a 20-seat suite for an upcoming game!
It will be a spec-“quack”-ular night!

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be received no later than Thursday, June 11. After that time, there will be no refunds and an invoice will be issued for payment.
Proceeds from Akron Press Club events fund scholarships for journalism and public relations students. Between the Press Club and the John S. Knight Memorial Scholarship Fund, scholarships of $5,000 were awarded to 10 students in 2025. The Press Club sincerely thanks Summit County, Dr. Aileen Thong, Elizabeth Bartz and Bruce Winges for their donations to the scholarship fund.
